MEET GLORIA

Gloria Marcott

I've spent more than 30 years teaching women how to protect themselves and become more confident, capable, and Peacefully Fierce.

Before that, I spent eighteen and a half years in law enforcement, serving as a deputy, narcotics detective, DEA Task Force Officer, crisis negotiator, and Special Agent on the Human Trafficking Unit.

As a Master Instructor, I also ran police academies and trained the officers who went on to serve in them.

But the work that's closest to my heart has always been with women.

I've personally trained more than 10,000 of them.

And somewhere along the way, I realized something. I couldn't do it alone.

There are too many women who need this and only one of me.

So now I'm teaching other women how to carry this work into their own communities.

My mission is to reach one million women.

And I believe the way we get there is:

one woman, one room, and one community at a time.
